Service groups
Use Warehouse → Service Groups to classify services. The service revenue account must be configured first; otherwise the creation form redirects to settings. The group name is required and limited to 20 characters; VAT is optional and must be between 0 and 100, and sstid is optional.
On the group page, inspect its revenue, cost, and sales-return accounts and the number of member services. You can edit the group; when dependencies prevent deletion, the page displays the reason.
