Commercial ledgers

Use Reports → Commercial Ledgers to produce a ledger export for the active company and fiscal year.

1. Select the ledger type, Jalali date range, CSV or XLSX format, and seal tracking code.
2. If the page reports unapproved documents in the range, review them before using the export officially.
3. Generate the export; inspect its row and warning counts in the export list, open the preview, and download the file.

The start date cannot be after the end date. You can delete a generated export from this list; doing so does not delete accounting documents.
