Trial balance

Reports → Accounting → Trial Balance initially shows top-level accounts. Select an account name to drill down or its code to view transactions. Filter by account name, date range, or document-number range, or enable “Show two levels”; that option shows only the current level and one level below it.

The balance displays opening, movement, and closing amounts in the active fiscal year. The date filter affects the movement column. With two levels shown, the bottom total may overlap levels and is not necessarily an independent sum of accounts. Printing retains the current filters and level; CSV has no opening-balance column.
